Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Quality Analyst to verify and validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of web applications developed using .NET and SQL technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans, document defects, and contribute to delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and technical requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing for web applications, ensuring front-end and back-end quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects in bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve issues.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and database operations.
• Perform testing to ensure backend and database processes function as expected.
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or feature updates.
• Assist in performance testing to ensure the scalability of web applications.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA leads to ensure thorough test coverage.
• Document test results and prepare detailed test reports for stakeholders.
• Suggest improvements to the testing process and tools to enhance efficiency.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for database validation.
• Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or Postman).
• Basic understanding of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter or LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identifying test failures and issues.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud-based testing setups will be a plus.
• Experience working in travel and transportation domain will be a plus.
