Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions with airline stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
2. Solution Design
- Partner with product management and development teams to define innovative and scalable solutions tailored to the airline industry.
- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate proposed solutions.
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation to stakeholders.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance
- Develop test cases and scenarios to validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery of software solutions.
5. Project Support and Implementation
- Provide support during project implementation, including user training and post-implementation reviews.
- Assist in change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems by end-users.
6. Market and Domain Expertise
- Stay updated on trends and advancements in the airline industry and related technologies.
- Leverage domain knowledge to advise clients on best practices and industry standards.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Skills
- Familiarity with airline operations, revenue management, pricing, or scheduling systems.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as DevOps, Service Desk, Jiira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the airline or travel technology domain.
- Proven track record of working on software development or implementation projects.
